Beginner to Advanced

At CrossFit 1727, we believe in only the highest standards of fitness training and nutritional guidance. We offer group fitness classes led by a certified coach. Imagine receiving personal training in every session at a fraction of the cost. Our professionally designed workouts combine the very best of all exercise disciplines into one perfectly crafted session. The program at CrossFit 1727 is unique, specific and cannot be replicated.

Group Fitness

The program at CrossFit 1727 was carefully designed to give you the highest ROI (return on investment) in a one hour class. ​Every class is led and instructed by a certified coach, at CrossFit 1727, you are never on your own. A typical class will consist of a dynamic warm-up, strength training, workout & cool-down. Class sizes are capped at 15 to ensure each member receives the proper amount of attention and instruction.

  • A commitment to our program. Our coaches are going to invest fully in your development with the purpose of helping you reach your full health & fitness potential. Your goals are our goals and we must be committed to each other.
  • Consistent Attendance. In order to reap the highest benefits of our program, consistency will be crucial. We recommend the following tiered sessions per week based on your goals:
    • ​​Minimum of 3 days per week for overall health & fitness
    • ​4-5 days per week for overall health & fitness AND performance improvement
    • 5-6 days per week for the competitive athlete
